Box Address, City and State plus Zip Code when placing an order. In addition, provide a brief description of each item, the quantity, size, and color desired. This will insure your order being filled promptly and accurately.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You will be asked to provide that information at the time you place your order. We will accept a personal check, payable in U.S. Dollars, but this method of payment will delay shipment of your order due to the time delay for check clearance. (Allow approximately 7-10 days to process).

We value and respect your privacy. When you join our mailing list, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name and contact information. We will use that data only to send you the information you requested--updates on our products and notices of special sales. Any information provided is used exclusively by Intimate Image for marketing and statistical purposes and will not be shared with any other company or organization. If you place an order, we also collect your billing address, credit card information, and telephone number. This information will only be used to process orders, and if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders. Shipping and State Sales Tax
State sales tax will be an 8.25% charge to California residents only. We ship via US mail, UPS, and Federal Express. No COD's. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. All are shipped within 14 business days, unless there is a supplier backorder.
Shipping Rates: Rates may vary with certain requests.
Basic Shipping Rate: $10.50.
2-Day Rush Service: Add $15.00 to Basic Shipping Rate.
Overnight Service: Add $25.00 to Basic Shipping Rate.
For orders shipped to Canada, add $10.00.
For orders shipped outside the U.S., except Canada, add $20.00.
Product Guarantee and Return Policy
We take PRIDE in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an appropriate exchange, or credit.
PLEASE NOTE: Wigs must be returned in original condition, with tag attached, within 15 days. If the tags have been removed or if your purchase is not in original condition and packaging, it will be returned to you at your expense. You are responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges.
All items have been inspected prior to shipment.
